At Harwood Wine Club, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. We offer free shipping to within a 15 mile radius and a flat rate of £15 for all other national deliveries. All of our wines are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive at your doorstep in the best condition possible. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Harwood Wine Club. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We will provide a full refund for the cost of the product, minus any shipping fees.
