A fabulous Pecorino from Collecorvino near Pescara, this wine is deep straw in colour, with a nose of rich fruit, citrus and grapefruit. There is a nice fresh zing on first tasting, with hints of grapefruit and lemon, becoming richer, more honyed with notes of baked apple and warming spice.
Pair with seafood risotto or white meats.
