Born in Staffordshire, this wine is made from Solaris (85%) and Siegerrebe (15%) grapes, grown on the south facing slopes around Pattingham.
The nose is soft, notes of tropical fruits, peach and a hint of zesty lemon. The palate is crisp and refreshing with generous fruit with notes of citrus, tropical and stone fruit and a touch of green apple.
Pair with fish, seafood and chicken salad.
