This is a wine made from Chardonnay grapes infulenced by the Pacific ocean and aged in oak for a very short time.
The nose is rich and tropical with peach, lycee, mandarin and pear. There is also a hint of vanilla and toffee apple. The palate is creamy and complex, the aromas following through to the palate and the acidity well balanced leading to a very long, fruity finish.
Pair with white meats and light pasta dishes.
