This is a big, bold and surprising expression of Verdejo. The grapes are harvested at night at the end of September before the low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks begins. Fermentation is over 3 weeks and is followed by a further three months maturation on the lees.
Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish hues, the nose is complex and intense with a strong presence of mandarin and orange blossom, which give way to tropical notes of pineapple, melon and white peach.
On the palate it is intense, rich and rounded, with a fine acidic balance and a tangy, refreshing finish with hints of orange zest and tropical fruits.
